Hiring a New Agent
Browse the Agent Store to find and hire a specialized agent for your business.
What Is the Agent Store?
The Agent Store is where you find and hire agents for your company. Each agent is designed for a specific use case and may include a PMS integration. For example, there are separate agents for handling bookings through Guesty and for managing Guesty Inbox conversations — each with its own set of capabilities. Every agent includes a 14-day free trial and a monthly subscription.
Opening the Agent Store
Click the Hire New Agent button in the sidebar. You'll see a list of available agents with their names, descriptions, and pricing.
Choosing an Agent
Each agent card shows:
Agent name and description
Monthly price
Trial period (if available)
Click an agent card to see more details and proceed with hiring.
After Hiring
Once you hire an agent, it appears in your sidebar under the current company. From there you can:
Configure its settings and knowledge base
Set up the chat widget and deploy it to your website
Connect your PMS if applicable
Trial and Billing
Every agent comes with a 14-day free trial. You'll have full access during the trial without being charged. After the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically. You can manage your subscription at any time from Billing and Subscriptions.
Permissions
Only Owners and Admins can hire new agents. If you have a Read-only role, the Hire New Agent button won't be visible.
